When choosing your online moving service, you want to choose your moving service based on the house size and inventory. always Read the Service Description to make sure you understand the terms & conditions and all requirements. Once you've reviewed your inventory, select your preferred service date and time, then sign your terms and conditions.
*All online bookings are subject to a deposit fee based on move size.

Confirm Your Booking & Prepare For Your Movers
Once you've booked online you will be contacted by our sales team to get inventory if not received already, go over basic full value protection, and confirm your move, also get a little bit more info about your move to ensure that you don't have special quests or require any additional movers, add-on Service(s), Extra Stop and Flights Fees Etc.
It is important to be as accurate as possible with your inventory list, it is how we determine how many movers & hours the job will take.

Moving Day
Our team lead will communicate every step of the moving process and call you on the day of your service to confirm your service details and let you know their ETA. Upon arrival the lead will conduct a walk-through and sign the bill of landing.
When looking to save money on your move preparation is key. Have all your items packed up in boxes for movers to go quickly. You can take an extra step by moving the boxes to your main room.

Pay At The End Of Serive
Once your move has begun to come to an end the crew lead will always coordinate one final walk-through with the customer to make sure everything is arranged in proper rooms to your satisfaction, then your crew lead will go over your itemized invoice with you to ensure no hidden fees.
We take All forms of Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover with a 4% Cover Fee, You may also pay with Cash, Check, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
